Terms, Privacy & Age Policy (Gamify Analytics, Inc., v1.0, effective 09/24/2026)

Age. You must be 16 or older to create your own account. Players under 16 may use Gamify only through an account created and controlled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these policies on the player's behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete it. Parents and guardians may review, correct, or delete their child's information, or refuse further collection, at daniel.autenreith@gamifysport.com.

What we collect. From Google Sign-In: name, email, Google account ID, and profile picture link (we never see your Google password). From you: date of birth, role, team name, an optional profile picture, and the game stats, position, height, weight, and experience you enter, plus the scores calculated from them. For a parent or guardian approving an account for a player under 16, we also record the typed name, IP address, and date and time of approval. If you buy a plan, we receive from Stripe your plan (Basic or Standard), your subscription status, and the email used for payment. We never see or store your card number. We also record your last activity date and use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your theme, and count site visits.

How we use it. To run the Gamify Score calculator, save your results, show your profile and progress, secure accounts, process payments and manage subscriptions, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We share information only with the service providers needed to run Gamify: Google for sign-in and Stripe for payments, each under its own privacy policy. We do not disclose your personal information to anyone else.

Payments and subscriptions. Paid plans (Basic and Standard) are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout, and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment details are entered on Stripe's pages and handled by Stripe under its privacy policy. We send Stripe your Gamify account number so we can match your payment to your account. You can cancel or change your plan at any time through Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops billing from the next billing cycle. All payments are final and non-refundable. Confidentiality. Your saved stats and profile are visible only to you (and the associated parent or coach accounts) and to authorized Gamify administrators. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure. The Gamify Score methodology, software, and content are proprietary to Gamify Analytics, Inc. and may not be copied, reverse engineered, or resold.

Retention and deletion. We keep your information while your account is active. Email daniel.autenreith@gamifysport.com to request deletion; we act on verified requests generally within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Your responsibilities. Provide accurate information, including your date of birth. Do not create an account for anyone without their (or their guardian's) permission. Do not misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the app.
